Description
Users can generate a new Apple Deployment Program token before the existing Apple Deployment Program token has expired. The same process applies to expired tokens.
This process will not impact the existing enrolled devices.
Instructions
Users can generate a new DEP token when the existing DEP token has expired for sometime and cannot be renewed. This process will not impact the existing enrolled devices. New devices and re-enrollment can be associated to the new DEP token.Once the Apple DEP portal shows that there are no more devices associated to the old DEP instance it can be removed from the Apple DEP portal, then the old DEP instance can also be removed from CEM / XMS server.Instruction to Renew DEP token for Cloud hosted Cloud Endpoint Management please follow this link
