Connecting to the StoreFront from the client times out.
Background
Fix is provided in the Dazzle registry key
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
Configure the time-out value using the Registry editor:
- Launch the registry editor.
- Navigate to the following keys:
- For 32 bit - HKLM\Software\Citrix\Dazzle
- For 64 bit - HKLM\Software\wow6432node\Citrix\Dazzle
- Create a key by name WebUILoadingWatchDogTimeoutMs and set the value to 30000.
Value is set in Milliseconds. - Set the Key Type to REG_SZ
- Close Registry editor.
- Restart the Citrix Receiver for Windows for the changes to take effect.
