Unable to launch Published Desktops, it fails to launch with error "The specified module could not be found." 
From the traces we found that CDViewer.exe is still trying to load a AxWfIcaLib.dll using .NET Framework v4.0.30319, we have already seen that the client machine have .NET Framework 4.6.2 installed.

Reinstalled .NET 4.6.2 and re-created user’s profile.

Problem Cause

This looked like a .dll missing.
Checked Procmon and found that "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\AxWfIcaLib.dll" is missing
