Horizontal scrolling with two fingers on touchpad does not work in Citrix ICA application session

Resolution
- Zoom in and out are supported well in both virtual apps and desktops.
- Vertical scrolling (up and down) is supported well in both virtual apps and desktops.
- Horizontal scrolling (left and right) is supported well in virtual desktops (both Edge and Chrome within the desktop), but is not supported in virtual applications.
Problem Cause
WM_MOUSEHWHEEL message is not handled in virtual apps.
