Available License number from license server dashboard is much larger than purchased license. From License server dashboard available License number is 4799:
From Citrix studio, it’s 4000
This happened after uploading all license files to the same License Server and check available license number from License Server dashboard.
Since Citrix Studio is able to count available License number correctly, there will be not impact for license using at all. Customer can simply ignore this issue.
Or
Recreate license file without any split.
This issue occurs due to OVERDRAFT is not properly calculated when customer divided license, and License Server counted all licenses (included OVERDRAFT ) from both two License files.
Since Citrix studio does not display OVERDRAFT license number, customer won’t encounter this issue when checking license number from Citrix Studio.
