Description

Failure in the Netscaler to run a trace gets a communication error (RPC-data-size mismatch )

Resolution

 Run the following command to Stop and start the nstraceaggregator daemon:

root@nss# /netscaler/nstraceaggregator stop 
root@nss# /netscaler/nstraceaggregator start  

Problem Cause

nstraceaggregator process hang

Issue/Introduction

Running trace from both the CLI or GUI fails getting error: comminication error(RPC-data-size)
