Thin Client Devices and related Operating Systems represent an important partnership between hardware manufacturers and Citrix in the Virtualization and Remote Workspace.
When a Thin Client is part of a customer's deployment Citrix Support will troubleshoot to furthest the extent of our ability to do so. This may include issue isolation to determine whether the issue is specific to the Thin Client OS or Hardware.
If the reported issue is specific to a particular Thin Client Hardware and/or related Operating System, Citrix Support may request engagement and partnership with the Thin Client vendor for joint in depth troubleshooting and debugging.
