The articles describes how to generate the technical support bundle of Citrix ADM.
Instructions
Follow the below procedure to generate the same:1) Login to Citrix ADM using CLI(nsroot)
2) Navigate to /mps/scripts directory
3) Run the ./techsupport.pl script (perl techsupport.pl )
Location of the support file will be under /var/mps/tech_support
4) Use WinScp to download the same.
