Description
                        
                        
                            - User opens Secure Mail.
- Goes into Contacts.
- Selects a contact.
- Clicks on the contacts phone number.
- Sees error message: Your organization does not allow this action.
                         
                     
                    
                    
                    
                    
                        
                            
                                
Resolution
                            
                            
                                On the XMS:
- Go to Secure Mail settings > App Interaction > Restricted open-in exception list.
 - Make sure that the Android (or iOS) intents are populated in that field, particularly:
	
- {action=android.intent.action.DIAL}
 - {action=android.intent.action.CALL}
 
	 
Problem Cause
