If both Wacom tablet and DisplayLink of Wacom are redirected into ICA session, mouse pointer positioning is not accurate in primary screen(local original screen rather than Wacom display screen) once session window is extended to two monitors. There is a horizontal displacement of mouse pointer. For example, if you right-click mouse at a coordinate (50,100), menu will appear at (100,100). To solve the issue,DisplayLink mustn't be redirected into ICA session and the session window should be set to full-window mode.

Environment

Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.

Resolution

Do not redirect DisplayLink device to ICA session and Citrix does not support this scenario. Please refer to https://citrixready.citrix.com/wacom-co-ltd/wacom-dtu-1141.html for more details.
