Go Optimization> HTTP Compression> Policies> Add
Under Expression: RES.HTTP.HEADER Content-Type CONTAINS javascript
Response Action: COMPRESS

Bind the compression policy to Load balancing Virtual server as a Response type.

Additional Information

By default i.e. default policies are configured for compressing only HTML, XML, plain text, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and Microsoft Office documents.
If we need to compress any other type of data we need to create compression policies by checking into the content type and we apply them on the response side.
