Description
Desktop icons keep flickering in ICA session, looks like they are repeatedly refreshed. While the symptom doesn't exist in console session of the same VDA.
Resolution
As a workaround, enable "Turn off the caching of thumbnails in hidden thumbs.db files" under gpedit.msc > User Configuration > Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Explorer.
