How to add an Admin User (Superuser) to the NetScaler for Management Purposes

This article describes the procedure to add a local user with Super User privileges to the NetScaler appliance.


Instructions

1. On the NetScaler System, expand the User Administration option and go to Users

2. Click on the user created and go to Bindings (in this example, the user is admin)

3. Select System Command Policy and then Select Policy

4. Click superuser and hit Select

5. Click Bind

6. Finally click Done.

Now the user admin has superuser rights on the Netscaler Appliance.

Note: If you want to provide super user access to group of users then need to add same AD group on Netscaler as well.
