Description

The first step in troubleshooting Connector issues is to Run the Cloud Connector Connectivity Check Utility tool. 
Communication errors are often the root cause for many problems involving Cloud Connectors. The tool will aide in identifying any of the commonly misconfigurations resulting in communication issues.
