Description
Authentication Failure for Service Account which is used to Query the Object in LDAP Server . 
Resolution
- Verify the Service Account Has Full Admin privileges . If Yes , Then try to reset the password for the Account .
- Verify if the Account is locked out and also Check the Service Account Address is Correct .
- Verify if you have Defined the DN is Correct . Enable Advance Features on Active Directory . Open User Properties and them Attribute Editor . Get the Correct DN and then Specify the Same on NetScaler LDAP Server Profile under ADMIN DN .
- Verify is the LDAP Server is Reachable on Port 389/636 .
Problem Cause
The user does NOT have permission to access the requested resource. Where the Admin bind Request will Result in Failure with Invalid user Credentials .
