Citrix Receiver crashes when extending full-screen display to dual monitors.

Resolution

Disable DirectX Video Acceleration in Receiver 4.5/4.6 by using Set Receiver local policy “Hardware Acceleration for graphics” as "Disabled". By default it is set to ON.

Problem Cause

Receiver crash was originally triggered by client side video decoder since it is unable to be enumerated out in the VMware VM (client machine) equipped with VMware SVGA 3D display adapter.
