Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
Delete subkeys under HKCU\Software\Citrix\XenDesktop\DesktopViewer with name containing the affected delivery group name. These subkeys are used to stores DesktopViewer window boundary of the virtual desktops in that delivery group.
Problem Cause
wfica32.exe crashed at divide-by-zero exception (C0000094) when cursor position is set in DesktopViewer window.
