Resolution

Delete subkeys under HKCU\Software\Citrix\XenDesktop\DesktopViewerwith name containing the affected delivery group name. These subkeys are used to stores DesktopViewer window boundary of the virtual desktops in that delivery group.

Problem Cause

wfica32.exe crashed at divide-by-zero exception (C0000094) when cursor position is set in DesktopViewer window.
