Description

Unable to launch desktop. The following message is displayed:
"The desktop '*****' is temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance"

Resolution

Solution 1:
Make sure that the VDA is not in maintenance mode.

Solution 2:
  1. Login to the desktop as Administrator.
  2. Restart the Citrix Personal vDisk Service.
  3. In Studio, check if Registration State is registered and PVD State is not failed.
  4. If not, reboot the desktop and check both registration and PVD state again and then try to launch the desktop.

Problem Cause

PVD in failed state.
