When trying to import a token from Secure Mail into the RSA SecurID app that is outside of the XenMobile Secure App container, an error message is received.

• Add the RSA application name (Package ID : {package=com.rsa.securidapp}.) to the Restricted Open-In exception list for Secure Mail for Android.
• Add the RSA application name (Package ID : com.rsa.securid.iphone.SecurID.) to the Restricted Open-In exception list for Secure Mail for iOS.
