Windows 7 64bit machines created from a Machine Catalog are prompting the following message "You must restart your computer to apply these changes" every time the machine is shut down, powered up and the user logs in. This does not happen in the  Golden Image.

This is the Value: PendingFileRenameOperations Pending Actions

Recommended Actions

1. Delete both the registry value "PendingFileRenameOperations" and the file "ose00000.exe" from the c:\users\osa\AppData\Local\Temp location on the VM. Test the behavior by shutting the machine down and starting it again
2. Reinstall Office 2010 software on the master image (upgrading it from 32 bit to 64 bit)
3. Install the latest Desktop VDA (https://www.citrix.com/downloads/xenapp-and-xendesktop/product-software/xenapp-and-xendesktop-711.html (as of October 2011 the latest version is 7.11)
4. Update the vDisk
5. Run a snapshot
