Question:

Citrix Director 7.x showing error message "Connection failed due to unavailable capacity". However all Citrix workers are working and accepting the user sessions.
No event gets logged on Director server or delivery controller.

Answer:

At any point of time if the CPU usage is high (VDA), then we will see "unavailable capacity" warning in Director which is normal as the connections will not go to that VDA temporarily.
