Citrix Systems, Inc. announces the future End-of-Sale (EOS) for the Citrix NetScaler MPX/SDX 11500, 13500, 14500, 16500, 18500, 20500, 17550, 19550 20550, 21550 and NetScaler AppFirewall MPX 10500 appliances. The last date to purchase a new NetScaler MPX/SDX 11500, 13500, 14500, 16500, 18500, 20500, 17550, 19550, 20550, 21550 and NetScaler AppFirewall MPX 10500 is January 1, 2015. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from Citrix Technical Support until January 1, 2020 adherent to the Citrix NetScaler EOL Policy and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the support contract.
The tables below explain the Citrix NetScaler life cycle management milestones as well as important information regarding dates and support options during this period. The dates and milestones provided are in accordance with the policies of the Citrix NetScaler MPX/SDX 11500, 13500, 14500, 16500,18500, 20500, 17550, 19550 20550, 21550 and NetScaler AppFirewall MPX 10500 appliances at the time of the product’s release.

It is recommended that customers who have purchased the Citrix MPX/SDX 11500, 13500, 14500, 16500, 18500, 20500, 17550, 19550 20550, 21550 and NetScaler AppFirewall MPX 10500 appliances to migrate to latest NetScaler MPX platforms (refer Table 2) to obtain similar functionality and to take advantage of future enhancements available in this hardware.
