Resolution

Take full backup of Site, Monitoring and logging database.

As a workaround, update the names  of following configuration properties

EnableDayLevelGranularityProcessUtilization
EnableHourLevelGranularityProcessUtilization
EnableMinLevelGranularityProcessUtilization

in the site database, these settings are stored in [Monitor].[Configuration]  table

Update statement:

update monitor.Configuration
set name = replace(name, 'Granulairty', 'Granularity')
-- select * from monitor.Configuration
where name like 'Enable%'
