This article describes the commands that can be run to collect information and logs needed to troubleshoot Linux Receiver issues
Run the following commands (as the same Linux user and $DISPLAY used to launch wfica process that connects to the ICA sessions) to generate the diagnostic information for Linux Unix Receiver support issues:
$ /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/util/hdxcheck.sh ========================================================= = Pre-requisite check for the Citrix Receiver for Linux = = Version 1.1 (February 2012) = ========================================================= ... =================================================================== = Pre-requisite check for the Citrix Receiver for Linux Completed = =================================================================== Logfile: /tmp/logfile.txt
$ /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/util/lurdump /tmp/Citrix_diag_kf8HKm
Collect the /tmp/Citrix_diag_kf8HKm and upload it to cis.citrix.com(note the file name Citrix_diag_kf8HKm can be various in your environment)
