This article describes the commands that can be run to collect information and logs needed to troubleshoot Linux Receiver issues


Instructions

Run the following commands (as the same Linux user and $DISPLAY used to launch wfica process that connects to the ICA sessions) to generate the diagnostic information for Linux Unix Receiver support issues:

1. hdxcheck.sh

$ /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/util/hdxcheck.sh

= Pre-requisite check for the Citrix Receiver for Linux Completed =

Logfile: /tmp/logfile.txt
Collect the /tmp/logfile.txt and upload to cis.citrix.com

2. lurdump

$ /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/util/lurdump
/tmp/Citrix_diag_kf8HKm


Collect the /tmp/Citrix_diag_kf8HKm and upload it to cis.citrix.com(note the file name Citrix_diag_kf8HKm can be various in your environment)

3. Enabling Retail/Debug logging
