Description
NetScaler Gateway authentication is successful. After authentication, NetScaler Gateway is stuck at /cgi login page.
Issue occurrs after changing the Base URL to HTTPS on the StoreFront server.
Reverting to HTTP works.
Resolution
Checked the IIS bindings on the StoreFront server for port 443; SNI was enabled.
To resolve this issue, disable the SNI feature.SNI feature is supported at the back end only from NetScaler 11.1 version.
