Operation Not Permitted while creating Load Balancing Virtual Server

Description
While trying to create a load balancing virtual server on the NetScaler, we get the error Operation not Permitted.
We have also verified that the user who is logged into the NetScaler has Superuser privilege as well.
Resolution
Except for the protocols HTTP, UDP, HTTP, SSL and ANY, we must specify the specific port no. on which the virtual server will accept the traffic.
For example, if we are trying to create a Load Balancing virtual server using Radius as the Protocol, we would have to specify the specific port no. eg. 1812 or any other port.

Problem Cause
We cannot create a Load Balancing virtual server using * port for protocols other than TCP, UDP, HTTP, SSL and ANY.
