Description
On NetScaler versions below build 67.x, Netscaler responds with "SSL Session Renegotiation is supported" even with Deny SSL renegotiation set to ALL.
Resolution
Customers are requested to upgrade the NetScaler to at least 11.0 build 67.x

This was due to SSL profile integration
