Resolution
Test the host connection and if you get an error "The zone Uid supplied is not valid" the follow the below steps :
1) Run command Get-ConfigZone and look for "Uid: displayed for Primary Zone
2 )Run Get-BrokerCatalog ,if the ZoneUID shows 00000000000000000000
3) Check against each catalog, all existing show UID incorrect then
Run command Set-BrokerCatalog "Name" -ZoneUid "coorectid" -
5) Verify using the same Get-BrokerCatalog command
6) Should be able to add the machines now.
Problem Cause
Zone Uid shows 00000000000000
