Error: "Connect Error" When Using LDAPS Authentication on NetScaler

Description
NetScaler LDAPS authentication fails. The authentication aaad.debug shows: "Connect Error". LDP.exe run on the LDAP server to test connectivity on port 636 returns error.
Resolution
The LDAP server does not have server certificate installed on it, and this is why LDPA server is not able to run encrypted authentication service.
To resolve this issue, install server certificate on LDAP server.
