For XenApp and XenDesktop,Citrix provides command to uninstall some of the components, but this command might leave remnants.
"XenDesktopServerSetup.exe /REMOVE /components"

We strongly recommend to use MS tool to uninstall part of Citrix component or some remained citrix components.
