Consider the following scenario, both ShareFile and Citrix Secure Mail apps are wrapped and delivered through MAM. Both these applications independently work without any issues.

When attempting to attach a file in Secure Mail using ShareFile, the ShareFile integration does not work as expected. The ShareFile application prompts for logon credentials to the ShareFile domain. Entering the authentication information on ShareFile does not work either.

To resolve this issue, open communications between NetScaler SNIP address and ShareFile Enterprise site.
Re-wrap Secure Mail with the latest MDX Toolkit 10.3.6 to allow for ShareFile interaction.

Problem Cause

Created a service on the NetScaler, and confirmed that TCP time out error is being received.

Receiving the error message advising that the ShareFile application is not installed on the device. It appears that the version of the Secure Mail app, does not have explicit setting of “Enabling ShareFile” within the MDX policy.
