Description
Storefront 3.5 - Unable to get any desktop show up using the URL of storefront.
Resolution
Make sure users are part of the Delivery Group
Open the Storefront Management Console and go to "Manage Delivery Controllers"
Make sure there is an XML broker (XA 6.5) or Delivery Controller specified
Make sure Transport type is set to Http and the XML port is the correct XML port
If Transport type is set to Https, make sure it is configured correctly
Also verify the certificates, TS/RDS licenses and ports.
