When Admin tries to "Discover" applications under "Offering Management" there is an error message displayed:
There is already an object named 'HAaDSelectOutputNew' in the database.

Resolution
Follow any one of the below three solutions:
Solution #1 - You can Drop and Recreate table. In SQL Management Studio:
- Right click on the table: HAaDSelectOutputNew.
- Select Script Table As > DROP and CREATE to > New query editor window.
- Replace CREATE TABLE [OLMuser]. with CREATE TABLE [dbo].
- Execute script.
Solution #2 - You can modify the stored procedure sp_Plans_Select and add 'dbo.' in SELECT ..INTO HAaDSelectOutputNew => INTO dbo.HAaDSelectOutputNew
You will also need to drop previously created table.
Solution #3 - Set default schema for OLMUser => dbo.

Problem Cause
During initial configuration the SQL table HAaDSelectOutputNew was created under the User schema [OLMUser].[HAaDSelectOutputNew].
