Unable to launch the applications.
On the VDA server event viewer - "Event: 1050 Connection validation failed on domain for user for reason Unlicensed" is seen.

On Delivery controller - studio - Configuration - Licensing - "License server unavailable" message is observed.

1. In Studio - Configuration - Licensing - update the correct License server IP / Name.
2. Connect to the Licensing server successfully.
3. Restart the Citrix Broker service.
4. Check if you are able to launch the application successfully now.
5. If the issue persists capture CDF control traces on all the controllers while reproducing the issue and provide it to support.

Problem Cause

Citrix license server unavailable.
