Description
NetScaler Host ID changes every time the device reboots and NetScaler VPX loses license.
This VM is hosted on Hyper-V.
Resolution
Ensure that the MAC assigned to virtual interfaces is set to static to resolve this issue.
In case the MAC assigned to virtual interfaces is set to dynamic then whenever the MAC address changes, the Host ID will also change. If you reboot the device then the license will no longer be valid.
