Do the following:

  • Collect client logs and then open Sharefile_debug_log.txt.
  • Check the logs, if you see the following:

The operation couldn’t be completed. Cannot initiate login API call.

Is the device connected to the Internet? Added user to DB, success: no

  • If present, the MDX policy related to the app needs to be changed. In the XenMobile console, specifically for the ShareFile app, change the Network Access to Unrestricted or Tunnel to Internal network.
