There were two storefront 2.5 servers. Both were installed from XA 7.5 ISO in the E drive.
We were getting following errors on event viewer of the new server.
"Failed to get the end status of the server configuration update."
"Failure to notify of configuration update."
"An error occurred running the command : 'Add-DSFeatureInstances'

We tried to uninstall and reinstall storefront server, however the issue persists.
We also tried to put configuration replication in local system on both servers and that didn’t work either.
There was no Citrix folder created in inetpub/wwwroot.


Checked the Admin logs folder and  saw only following two logs getting updated.

We checked CreateInstanceDesktopAppliance.log under Admin\logs folder and found the following:

[WebApplicationDeployer] FeatureClass : DesktopAppliance [WebApplicationDeployer] SiteId : 1 [WebApplicationDeployer] VirtualPath : /Citrix/StoreDesktopAppliance [WebApplicationDeployer] EventSourceName : Citrix Desktop Appliance [WebApplicationDeployer] AppPoolName : Citrix Desktop Appliance [WebApplicationDeployer] CreateDefaultAppPool : False [WebApplicationDeployer] Host BaseUrl : [WebApplicationDeployer] This web app will have the following default documents: Default.htm, There is already a web app at 1 /Citrix/StoreDesktopAppliance DesktopApplianceInstance:Deploy failed due to exception: Citrix.DeliveryServices.Framework.Web.Deployment.Exceptions.WebApplicationAlreadyExists: Exception of type 'Citrix.DeliveryServices.Framework.Web.Deployment.Exceptions.WebApplicationAlreadyExists' was thrown.


So checked IIS and in default website clicked on View Applications.
All the sites web apps were shown there from before however they were not present physically. Removed those apps from there.
And tried propagating changes from the first server and it was successful.
