Description
Machine stuck in unregistered state.
Resolution
- Open cmd as administrator
- Go to ProgramData\Citrix\PvsAgent\LocallyPersistedData\BrokerAgentInfo
- Run the command del SavedListofDdcsSids.xml
- Restart Desktop Service
- VDA should now be registered
Problem Cause
OLD/Migrated DDC's SID present in XML file.
