USB passthrough of mobile devices

Instructions

1. Upgrade Receiver to 4.4 and VDA to 7.7
2. HDX Policy must have the device rule set (Allow: VID=04E8 PID=6860 # Samsung Android Phone)
3. Local Registry must also have the below Classes set to allow.

• ALLOW: class=0a # CDC-Data
• ALLOW: class=02 # Communications and CDC-Control

4. The Group Policy “USB Devices List in Desktop Viewer” can be enabled or disabled.

1. Upgrade Receiver to 4.4 and VDA to 7.7
2. Set the receiver option “When a new device is connected… connect automatically” (if the local client does not have the drivers then the device will not show in the list of available connections.)
3. HDX Policies and Local Registry settings did not affect this device.
