Printer error code 41 is displayed on XenApp 7.6.
Resolution
Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:
1. Upgrade VDA to 7.6.3.2. Uninstall the existing installation of Citrix Universal PDF Printer using the following command:
printui /s /t2
4. Install the compatible Citrix Universal PDF Printer 7.6.2.9.
Problem Cause
Version mismatch between VDA and Universal PDF Printer.
