Instructions

Software reset

1. Via SVM GUI:
 
a. Versions prior 7.4.x: System->Configuration >Management Service >Action >Factory Reset

b. Versions 7.4.x and later: Configuration > Maintenance > System Administration > Factory Reset

Hardware reset
  1. Applicable only on Citrix SD-WAN 400/800/1000 WANOP appliances with internal USB installed
  2. Full serial console access is required.
  3. Power off the box
  4. Push NMI button for 5 seconds (till the power LED starts flashing)
  5. Press power button
