XenCenter shows "XenServer tools not installed" even though the Tools are updated.

Description
XenCenter shows virtualization state as " Xentools not installed "
Network of the VM shows - Unknown
No option in XenCenter to shutdown , reboot or suspend the VM , but only force shutdown and force reboot.
Resolution
Go to run ( Windows + r )
Type services.msc
Start "Citrix Xenguest agent " service and make it automatic.
Reboot the VM to make sure it is running fine.
Type services.msc
Start "Citrix Xenguest agent " service and make it automatic.
Reboot the VM to make sure it is running fine.
Problem Cause
Citrix Xenguest agent service is down and because of which it is not reporting the Virtualization state correctly back to XenstoredIssue/Introduction
After doing a full copy of a Windows VM , it shows that XenServer tools are not installed on the VM.
