- Remove Application shortcut from favorites list if it is already present.
- Go to the following location: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu and place Application shortcut in that folder with the same name as the published application.

Problem Cause
Shortcut with the same name already exist and cannot be replaced.
Issue/Introduction
The issue only happens when the registry key PreferTemplateDirectory is set (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle\) and when existing shortcut in the start menu folder has the same name as published application.
