Description

Users are unable to maximize their hosted shared desktop sessions to fill their dual monitors. When desktops are launched, the session fills only one screen and most of the time it is the screen from where the browser is run. Users are directly accessing the StoreFront page without NetScaler.

Resolution

Complete the following steps to fix the issue:

  1. Go to StoreFront Server.

  2. Navigate to the location C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\<StoreName>\App_Data.

  3. Edit the default.ica file.

  4. Add the entry DesktopViewer-ForceFullScreenStartup=true under Application.
