There is no option to generate SNMP traps for testing purposes. The easiest way to generate a trap to confirm if SNMP traps are working or not, is to configure LOGIN-FAILURE alarm and then login to Netscaler with wrong password, a trap message is generated and sent to the trap listener whenever there is a login failure on the appliance.
