Question: Why are we unable to see beyond 100 LB virtual servers in the reporting tab of the GUI on NetScaler ?
Answer: Per current design an administrator that connects to NetScaler GUI can only see up to 100 LB virtual severs in reporting tool.
ENH0251213 has been filed with engineering team post approval from product management team to get this limit incremented to 1000 on NetScaler 11.0 version.
 

Question: Why do we seen only 50 CS vServer entities displayed in the reporting tab, while there are more than 50 CS vServers configured?
Answer: This is as also per design.
For CS vServers, the entity limit is 50. Hence, any CS vServer beyond 50 will not get displayed.

This tool is disk intensive hence to limit the disk utilization, the monitored entities are limited.
