Application enumeration fails when connecting through Windows App Receiver and NetScaler Gateway.

Resolution

Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Create a clientless policy with expression HTTP.REQ.HEADER(“User-Agent”).CONTAINS(“WindowsRT”) with default cvpn profile.

  2. Also in session policy add the expression REQ.HTTP.HEADER User-Agent CONTAINS WindowsRT.

  3. Restart the default domain service and credential wallet of StoreFront.
