Unable to install Citrix receiver on a new computer. Error "The requested operation has failed" or "An error occurred during the installation assembly".
Resolution
Installed .Net Framework 3.5.1 feature and installed all windows update on client.
Problem Cause
Windows client missing updated .Net Framework
