Cannot log on to Citrix Director - No Sites Could be accessed.
Resolution
Solution 1:
Run "Update-BrokerNameCache –Machines" to refresh Controller DNS name in database. Restart Controller which shows DNSName missing in Get-BrokerController.
Specify one Delivery Controllers' Fully Qualified Domain Name from each site.
On Director Server, Open IIS > Director website > Application Settings > Name Service: AutoDiscoveryAddress, Value: Delivery controller 1, Delivery controller 2.
Problem Cause
CAUSE 1:
DNS name missing in database for one of the controller.
CAUSE 2:
Auto Discovery setting missing, causing all the site requests going to Director itself, instead of the Delivery Controllers.
