Description
When running a XenApp 7.6 application on Server 2012 R2, after a user gets logged off they either see a box that says "Signing off" OR a black box where the "Signing off" test would be.

Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
- Navigate to the registry location : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/Citrix/wfshell/TWI/
- Add a key: “AUTHUI.DLL: LogonUI Logon Window”
- Add two values in it :
Name : ClassName
Type : REG_SZ
Data : AUTHUI.DLL: LogonUI Logon Window
Key2 :
Name : Type
Type : REG_DWORD
Data : 4
